I just had Braden and Travis weight and measured. I knew they were small for their age but DANG... I didn't know they were THAT small! Travis is in the 1st percentile for weight and 2nd for weight. That means that 99% of 1 year olds weigh more than him and that 98% of 1 year olds are taller! Then it was Braden's turn... He's in the 5th percentile for weight (95% of all 4 year olds weigh more) and 3rd percentile for height (97% of 4 year olds are taller.) Anyone have any magic beans I can feed my kids to get them to grow?!
Small boys are the coolest! Luke just made his way back onto the charts and is in the whopping 5th percentile too for weight. I like him small, it keeps him my baby for longer:o)
ReplyDeleteThey are perfect just the way they are!! I had an ultrasound and they could figure out my baby's weight and told me his percentile in utero! I thought, wow, the percentages sure start soon.
ReplyDeleteI totally know how you feel! You're boys are adorable and they look perfectly fine to me. I just hate knowing what percentile Gabe is in because there is nothing I can do, but keep feeding him and hope that he'll grow taller and gain more weight!!! Oh well, at least I can still lug him around and not have too many arm aches. :)
